Hello, My name is Nancy. I am a bilingual 26-year-old with 6 years of official nanny experience with newborns, twins, and school-aged little ones. I am CPR certified. Non-smoker. No drinking/drugs. Willing to submit to a UA and background check (whatever it takes to make parents comfortable.) I love kids and as far as a philosophy goes in terms of care, I don't have one. I believe that each individual family and experience calls for an individual philosophy which I am willing to help parents work on and figure out. I've worked with sleep consultants that help newborns establish a schedule & have picked up tricks and expertise along the way on the matter. I am currently looking for a full time position as my current family is ready to move on to preschool in the fall. References available per request. I look forward to hearing from you.

Nancy and I spoke briefly here on the site and set up a phone interview. She was a pleasure to talk to on the phone and so we went ahead and scheduled an in person interview. The morning she was supposed to come for the interview, she sent a text letting me know that something came up. No problem. We rescheduled for the next day. Then I never heard from her again. I have called and texted. She did not let me know she could not show and she has not communicated at all. Too bad. I was very excited to meet her...BUT being reliable is pretty everything when it comes to baby sitting!
