Hello, families! I have approximately 20 years professional experience working with children, first as a daycare assistant and then as a nanny, but I have been babysitting since I was 14 years old. I absolutely adore babies and children! Before having my own daughter, I became a certified postpartum doula, so I have experience supporting families through birth and the newborn stages as well. I love staying active and going on outdoor adventures with the little ones I care for. I believe in no screen time for babies/children, and that free and unstructured play is the way to go. My care-giving/parenting philosophy is generally a mix of attachment parenting with RIE approaches, but of course I will follow whatever approach the parents feel is best for their little one!

I'd give Nelly 10 stars if I could! She is as good as it gets when it comes to childcare! We were lucky enough to have her care for our twin babies twice a week from 3mo-9mo old. She's very punctual, nurturing, easy going and just an all around genuine human being. I truly appreciated her mommy wisdom and her support in surviving this experience as a new mom. Our family trusts her wholeheartedly with our precious babies and we will continue to call on her for date nights etc.
