Molly has a cheerful yet calm demeanor and my two kids loved being around her. She was creative and playful with my three-year-old and nurturing and attentive to my ten-month-old. She was a great communicator and very helpful for the short period of time we needed a nanny. We will hope to continue to have her periodically.
