About Miranda

Hi! My name is Miranda. I have 2 kiddos, a son who is 3 and a daughter who just turned 1. I am a PhD biochemist, but since my oldest was diagnosed with autism in 2022, I have not been working in order to get him to all of the therapies and activities that he needs. In my spare time, I would love to work with a family or families to provide childcare! Besides my graduate work, I was homeschooled through high school which allowed me to spend my last two years nannying full time for a family with two girls - a baby and a 4-year-old little girl. During my undergraduate work, I also had a few recurring nanny jobs, one just to transport a 5-year-old to therapy twice a week, another to spend one day a week with a 1-year-old so her mom could get some work done, and some early morning care for two school aged girls before they got on the bus in the mornings. I can't wait to meet your family!
