Completely unprofessional. Mikhaela applied for my job posting and we had a telephone interview and agreed upon an in-person interview so she could meet myself and my son. We scheduled a time and place for an in-person interview to which she agreed and come the day of the interview she was a no-show. She initially presented well via phone and my family and I were hopeful. My family and I arrived at the agreed upon place and time and she did not show up. We waited nearly half an hour and she didn't respond to any phone calls or texts. I gave her the grace of time, hoping that maybe it was traffic or parking issues, but it was apparent after many outreaches by phone and text that she was not responsive. Even as I write this review, 7 hours later, still no apology or acknowledgement of the missed interview. We would have much preferred some form of communication from her and would have absolutely understood if she couldn't make it, all she needed to do was simply tell us. As a parent seeking out support, it was extremely discouraging to be met with complete disregard for not only my time but more importantly my son's time as well. We primed him with the expectation that he'd be meeting his potential new nanny and he was saddened by this experience. If this is how she treats a potential family interview, I question her dependability as a support provider.
