About Michelle

I am genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve as your child's tutor. As a PhD candidate specializing in cancer epidemiology here in vibrant New York City, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. Over the years, I have instructed various subjects, with a particular focus on science and mathematics, both as a teaching assistant and as an adjunct professor. In addition to my work with college-level students, I tutored elementary school-aged children in the past in subjects including writing, English, and mathematics. While my current teaching responsibilities primarily involve older learners, I want to emphasize that I have the patience, organizational skills, and motivation to engage with and effectively teach younger students.
