I'm a retired USAF RN with current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications looking to use my skills/experience safely caring for you or your loved ones in your home. I'm competent handling mobility issues, cognitive issues, and/or chronic conditions. I'm experienced w/orthopedic injuries, wound care, and pre/post surgery. (Certified peri-operative nurse.) I will use proper transfer techniques to ensure both of our safety getting in/out of wheelchairs, beds, recliners, vehicles, etc. I will ensure medications taken are safe & accurate. I'm dependable, reliable, professional, and empathetic. I can help with ADLs, errands, nutrition and provide appropriate mental/physical stimulation. Do you have unique care needs? Ask me how I can help! I have reliable, safe transportation, (newer Subaru), non smoker, and I'm very capable of advocating for you or family member during medical appointments. I love animals- we have 3 cats & 2 dogs & I'm happy to care for your pets as well, if requested.
