Mia applied to our open position and I responded. We agreed to meet in-person to discuss the next afternoon between 6:30-7:00 PM. She did not show up and when I tried to message her again I discovered she had disabled messaging on the care.com platform. I contacted Care.com to confirm that it was not a technical issue and they confirmand she did in-fact disable all messaging on the platform. It is very rude and inconsiderate of someone else's time to make an appointment, not show up and not communicate with that person.
