About Melissa

I began my journey in Senior Care as a care giving during college. I fell in love with assisting seniors on a daily basis. This began my passion in working with the elderly. I continued this work throughout graduate school. I spent the next 10 years working on the operational side of Assisted Living. From Activity Director, Memory Unit Director to Executive Director. I've spent the last decade focusing on staff management, budgeting, financial and operational benchmarks, increasing census, and providing a quality of life on a daily basis for my residents. While I look back fondly on these years, I've reached a point where I miss the 1:1 engagement with seniors. I look forward to providing seniors in the Auburn area with friendly, professional, and compassionate care.
