About Melanie
I am a 23-year-old college graduate looking for a position as a tutor or piano teacher. I am an assistant teacher currently for CMS in grades 1, 2 and 3. I have experience tutoring reading and math grades pre-K through 4 and writing experience tutoring for grades 2-12. I also have experience tutoring Spanish for beginners grades 5-10. I have been teaching piano for six years and have taught students ages 4-60. I have a bachelor's degree from Bridgewater State College in history, with minors in English and Latin American/Caribbean studies. In 2008, I took and passed the Massachusetts teaching tests. I am currently working on my master's degree in elementary education. I have been playing piano for 20 years.
