About Melanie

Hello! My name is Melanie and my passion in life is to work with children. I have worked as Behavioral Therapist providing children with autism high quality therapy for the past year and a half. I have my bachelors in Psychology, pediatric first aid certification, and RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. I am a very caring and high energy person! I'm not afraid to get dirty or pretend to be a dragon guarding your child's favorite stuffed animal from a sea of lava monsters. I am comfortable with kids of all ages and I love coming up with new creative ideas to help kids learn and HAVE FUN! I'm a great communicator, team player, and responsible individual. While fun is my middle name, I am also capable of household work, being professional, setting boundaries and teaching children how to functionally interact in the world to aid their growth as individuals.
