About Meghan

My grandparents have all passed, and I miss the connection I used to have with them. I helped to care for my grandmother for years before she passed; the last few years saw a drastic decline in her health to include dementia. The majority of my PCA experience involved adults with disabilities including cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, and those on the autism spectrum. I'm comfortable with transfers, and helping with showers/dressing. I am due with my son mid December, so I'm looking to care for someone who would welcome a baby, as well! I would love for him to be around someone who wants to hold him and pinch his cheeks :) I'm available to start mid January, but can keep you updated in case I'm recuperated and can start earlier. My schedule can be flexible, but would ideally like to work mornings/early afternoons. I'd love to hear from you if you think I could be a good for your family member!
