Be aware! Allison worked for me almost a year. She’s always on time, doesn’t mind doing extras, and is fast and efficient at work. However that’s when she shows for work. After a few months she had no issue calling out an hour before her shift which makes it difficult to find a fill-in on my end. It started sporadically and accumulated to 9 times in one month. Her last shift she was a no show.
