About Megan

Hi! My name is Megan and in 2011 I began teaching swimming. I worked as a lifeguard between 2010-2015 and have had a love of swimming for my entire life, going through elementary school into college as a competitive swimmer. I have taught swimming from the very basics to ages 2-6, and then more technical practices to older children on swim teams looking to improve their skills and times. Aside from this, I am also a classically trained pianist of 18 years, with a minor in music and experience as a private piano instructor in the greater Philadelphia/Mainline area. My age range for teaching piano has been 3 through adults. I am lucky enough to have both of my passions as part time jobs aside from my main job as a behavioral therapist in the Philadelphia area. I try to promote and model an active and well-rounded lifestyle, which is why I continue all of these activities in my daily life. Happy to provide references for anything listed above, and I have CPR, and PA background checks.
