I'm a friendly, responsible, college-educated (B. S. in Economics), experienced sitter available for jobs after returning from my full time position as Waterfront Director at a summer camp! I have current Red Cross First Aid, CPR + AED, Lifeguarding and Wilderness Water Safety certifications, as well as Pennsylvania & FBI criminal and child abuse background clearances for working with children. I've worked professionally with children in many different capacities (nanny, camp counselor, tutor, swim teacher, babysitter, and lifeguard) for many years (I'm older than I look!) and have experience with all ages from infants to teenagers. I'm good at kid-friendly nutritious meal prep, have a clean driving record, and am skilled at homework help. I'm upbeat and patient and I like to keep the kids I'm working with active and engaged - creative field trips are always fun! Museum visits, apple picking, or afternoons at the pool are all possibilities, but I always ask for permission first!
