Mary actually cares for her clients. She made a great contribution to his quality of life. She formed a real relationship with my brother. He trusted her and looked forward to the arrival of his Mary. Once she became his carer he began getting his showers and grooming. She talked with him and discovered that he was quite intelligent despite some losses. She took the time to help him walk to the bathroom which preserved his self esteem. No one else was willing to do that.
