Perhaps, Maryam is a good nanny for toddlers but it was not the case for our 2 month old. Her handling of our child was very rough. Our child has been with some other strangers in the last 2 weeks, but I never heard her cry at all until now. Children need love, something which was lacking. I also hope that you showed some motivation and energy on the job. Hope you can improve on this in the future.
