About Mary

My mother and I were both of my grandmothers primary caregivers in the later years of their lives. My one grandmother had Alzheimer's for 16 years so I do have experience with the memory care side of things. My other grandmother had breast cancer, cirrhosis of the liver and a botched surgery in the end so we eventually had to give her in home care. I have a deep respect for my elders and a caring heart. I also think that I have a level of patience that is uncommon in people my age when it comes to the elderly.
