About Sophie
I have always had a passion for helping others. When I was around 13 my grandmother developed dementia and from then on I was one of her caregivers. I later pursued a degree in exercise science and through my personal training experience got to help older generations take back their freedom through movement! I hope to help others in anyway I can through caregiving.
