Marta was our full-time nanny for 4.5 months, and started when our son was 4 months old. The only reason she isn't still with us is because we moved out of state. Martha was delightful. She followed instructions, and was always suggesting new developmental activities that were fun and challenging. Most importantly, she was full of energy to match that of our son! She truly cared for him, and he would always light up when she arrived for the day - he was excited to play with his friend. She kept copious notes to do a debrief with me each day, especially bringing trends and milestones to our attention. Knowing my son was cared for by Marta brought me peace of mind and I would gladly recommend her to any family
