Mallory is outstanding and I highly recommend her! I hired Mallory for a nanny share with two 3 year old's (no easy feat) and with COVID changing plans for my 3 year old to be in preschool, we adapted to add an outdoor preschool with three other 2-3 year old's in our Covid pod and Mallory managed it all extremely well. She is AMAZING with the kiddos, is often teaching them new skills, engaging with them at their level, understands how to help them work through their big feelings, and is always providing a nurturing and safe environment. My daughter absolutely LOVES Mallory. This job requires her to manage a ton of details at once, to be extremely flexible and adaptable to change and self motivated (she's always creating fun and amazing projects for the kiddos to do at the preschool) - Mallory has truly exceeded our expectations and I can't recommend her more highly. I absolutely wish we could keep working with Mallory but our schedules don't match up to work together moving forward.
