My husband and I interviewed with Magdalena in our home. She arrived on time, came well-prepared with reference letters, and answered all of our questions completely. She interacted well with our children (a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old) and appeared kind and gentle. Her references were impeccable. Had it not been for a family friend stepping in to fill this position, we would have hired her. Based on the impression she made on my family at our interview and the reference letters she gave us, I think she would be a wonderful nanny to a lucky family!
