My name is Lydia! I am happy to be of help to you and your family ! I am currently employed for a local school district and have worked with special needs for 9 years. Though I absolutely love what I do I still have lots of time on my hands throughout the day to pick up extra work helping families in need of senior caregiving, childcare or housekeeping and I'm happy to help ! I have been a senior caregiver as my second job for the past 4 years. I'd describe my personality as dependable, trustworthy, empathetic, reliable & respectful. I like caring for seniors because we all will be in those shoes one day I strive to be the caregiver I would want for me and my family! I'm looking for a job that is consistent and close to home . I also have 9 years experience working with special needs children and use the skills that I've learned in that position to enhance my relationships and rapport with my seniors. My skills include patient hands on care with colostomy, open wounds and showers .
