We hired Lydia for our 4 month old baby girl after interviewing quite a few candidates. Lydia proved to be a great choice from the beginning, she is experienced, enthusiastic, super caring and very dedicated. When she is taking care of our kid, she is never distracted even for looking at her phone. Her energy and dedication when taking care of our little one was beyond our expectations. She is also great at communication, and always followed our preferences. We recommend her highly.
