About Luca

I'd describe my personality as hardworking, caring, and outgoing. I like working with kids because it allows me to make a positive impact on their development during such an important time in their life. I enjoy getting to know kids personalities and forming bonds with people who can look up to me. It's important I know that I can make a child feel safe, motivated, and self-confident. I haven't officially started working with kids until college, I would always watch over neighbors or cousins unpaid throughout middle and high school. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym and workout, read, hang out with friends, if it's warm out I like to spend a lot of time outside. I enjoy playing sports, running errands, etc. One thing you should know about me is I'm prompt and professional and that I take pride in always doing the best that I can and knowing that I'm always trying my best no matter the circumstances! My skills include patience, communication skills, and problem solving.
