I am not qualified to offer any kind of medical care. However I love helping and spending time with elderly people any way I can. One of my very best friends is 76 years old and we have been a part of each other's lives for the last 6 years. I help her with everything from meal prep, to picking up groceries and running other errands. I am not a house keeper but I don't mind helping with light chores such as dusting, vacuuming, or changing bed linens.
