About Louisa

Hello, My name is Louisa W. I began nannying my first summer before college but I have grown up taking care of cousins and younger siblings from ages one to 15 throughout my life. From spending summers with a family in need of a nanny during the activity-filled days to working through the pandemic which called for online schooling with elementary students I have worked in various situations. I strive to strengthen and encourage an environment of self-efficacy and I foster a growth mindset for the children I work with. Exploring the outdoors is something that I also strongly endorse for the child, adolescent, and even adult mind. Having been raised in and around an artistic family I love motivating children to express themselves through music, art, theater, writing, and other fun activities.
