To Whom It May Concern: I have a current teaching certificate in elementary education K-5 all areas, as well as a special education endorsement in cognitive impairments. I am currently a Resource Room Teacher where I work with students with cognitive impairments, learning disabilities and autism. I have also have experience working in the general education classroom. I am familiar with may different curriculum and programs such as Guided Reading, Dibels, EveryDay Math, Reading Mastery, Saxxon Math, Michigan History, etc. Being a special education teacher, I am very well versed in creating alternative curriculum and making modifications and accommodations to assignments to help aid in student learning.
