Lisa helpfully stepped in for us in a last minute booking when our sitter had to cancel. She was punctual, friendly, flexible on time, made sure to ask about the children (who were just in bed), and was totally incredible with our - teething - 9 month old. Lisa settled her quickly when she woke before we even left the house (no mean feat for anyone other than my husband or I with this particular baby!) and then again was a star settling her later in the evening when we were out. Would definitely recommend and hope to see Lisa again (hopefully with an easier night for Lisa next time!).
