About Liisa

I like working with kids because I grew up with a large family. Being on the older end of about 50 first cousins, I frequently babysat for my aunts and uncles, as well as for a few local families. I come from a very family orientated community where we place a lot of value on healthy family relationships. I think it's important to teach kids how to live happy and full lives and how to properly treat others first and foremost by leading by example. One thing you should know about me is that I genuinely care for the well-being of other people and I want to always be of service. I am a hard-worker and will always try my best. My skills include patience with upset children, spending quality time with them away from screens, and being understanding and loving towards their feelings while still ensuring discipline. I'm looking for a job with a friendly and welcoming family. A place where I can feel safe and comfortable and offer the same feeling for their children as I care for them.
