About Hailey

One thing you should know about me is I love people and I love to help, I am very flexible and understanding as well. My skills include: Caregiving, I have been a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) in the state of Minnesota for the last two years. Patients, while working as a CNA I worked in Memory Care. Problem-Solving, I am very good at problem-solving. I try to understand why they are upset and what I can do to help make them feel better. I like working with kids because they keep life interesting, I have many younger siblings ranging from ages 17-4 years old, with them I helped my parents and found I love helping so many people. I'm looking for a job that is environmentally fun, and with families that are also understanding in some scenarios. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I just moved to Fargo from Alexandria, Minnesota. Before that I lived in Sebeka, Minnesota which is where I graduated from.
