I was a stay-at-home mom to my 3 (now adult) children. When they were young I provided after-school care in my home. When they grew older I did odd jobs to supplement the family income. This allowed me to shuttle them to their activities and attend their games. I worked as a substitute teacher and as a paraprofessional at elementary schools and coached field hockey for 7 years at various levels (third grade-jr varsity). My first grandchild arrived In 2013 and I now have 3 more! I greatly enjoy spending time with them and reliving the memories of raising my children. I nannied for 3 children in VT for 6 years prior to moving to NH and currently nanny in Portsmouth 2 days per week. There is no greater satisfaction for me than watching children develop physically, intellectually, and socially which happens best when they feel safe and happy. I also enjoy helping the elderly and cared for a woman who had dementia. My greatest joy is spending time with people and being outdoors!!

Leslie cared for our daughter from infancy through school age, (our daughter is now 6), and she is still a very special person to us. We could not have asked for a better babysitter! She loves the outdoors which reflects in her work, she would often take our daughter on hikes, sledding, to the playground, the state park and the library to name a few. She herself having three children is very devoted and a true family gal. We are so grateful for all the help, advice and support she has offered through our daughters life. We all miss her dearly and always look forward to a visit from our "Ezzie"
