About Colleen

Hi there! Right now I am looking to connect with families for tutoring and childcare. My name is Colleen I have over a decade of experience working with children of all ages in various social and academic environments. I just finished up my first year with my own classroom as a 6th Social Studies Teacher. I am planning to go back for my Master's and am going back to school part time this fall. For the past five years, I served as a Special Education Paraprofessional, in which I provide support to students with emotional disorders in the areas of academics, executive functioning, emotional regulation and social skill development. Prior to this position, I served for three years as a Site Director at an Elementary School. I enjoy the arts, history and spending time outside and love to integrate these interests in the care I provide. Hope to connect soon!
