About Leidy

Hi I'm Alison, a specialized professional nanny/family assistant and social worker, with 7 years of experience working with infants through age 14. I have experience working with multiples and doing nanny shares. I'm interested in a full-time position at least 40hrs as minimum and I'm more happy to do a nanny share. Through all my experience caring for children, I was responsible for encouraging their day-to-day development, I have learned how important it is for them to have positive role models in their lives. I love watching them learn and experience the world, and firmly believe that it is so important to spend time outdoors. I believe all children deserve respect and should have the freedom to learn from the world around them. My goal as a nanny is to encourage and support your child as they grow into whoever they want to be! Their safety will always be my priority, but I also like to make sure there is always fun to be had.
