Annie was our newborn care specialist for the first 6 weeks of my daughter's life. She has 30 years' of experience and it shows, and as a pediatrician I was so grateful for her experience and for her knowledge that she shared with me. She cared for my daughter from 10pm-7am five days a week for 6 weeks, with option to extend her contract based on how my daughter was doing. She was dependable and punctual every night and kept in close communication with us through text message throughout the entire process. She also checked in on me each week leading up to delivery, which was such a lovely touch. Not only did she care for my daughter wonderfully and help us set up strong foundations for sleep training (thanks to her my daughter was sleeping through the night at 6 weeks of age) and breastfeeding (she even baked me lactation cookies!!!!), she also cared and advised us first-time parents on all things parenting. She's up to date on all the new research and evidence around parenting and caring for newborns, and is incredibly generous with her wisdom and thoughtful about advising us on all those things that make new parenthood easier (brand of sterilizer, bottle warmer, types of bottles, etc.). One could not ask for a better, kinder, more experienced newborn care specialist or childcare expert in general. I plan to have her come back for date nights, for sleep training in the future, and perhaps also infant swim rescue classes (as she is also a swim instructor)! Annie is a multi-talented person. I would highly recommend her for caring for your little ones.
