Lauren was quite punctual and communicative for the first four weeks of part time work. On the fifth week, I had to cancel less than 24 hours before so I paid her for her time. She responded and thanked me, then confirmed babysitting for the following week. She proceeded to not respond to three text messages to confirm and voice mail box was full. No call, no show, never heard from her again. Is posting on social media and is alive and well. Unprofessional, would not recommend.
