About Lauren

Hi - My name is Lauren and I'm currently a sophomore at Georgetown, studying nursing. I would love to continue with child care because I want to work with kids in the future. I also love cats and would be willing to care for them by feeding, playing, and cleaning up. Babysitting has been one of my favorite things to do. I started when I was 12 with helping while parents were still home and soon moved on from there. I have experience with newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids, with watching up to four kids at once. My responsibilities have included crafts, legos, games, tutoring (but make it fun), and am always willing to participate in dress up or sports. I also love music: both singing and playing an instrument. I like to try and keep kids engaged and not rely on technology. I am CPR certified and have a driver's license. I can also work in the house with baking, cleaning, laundry, and running errands, but I currently don't have my own car. I also love to organize areas.
