About Lauren

I am a high-energy, compassionate caregiver, who is inspired by children's curiosity. I'm qualified to help with meal prep, cleaning, early education, and age-appropriate developmental activities. Additionally, I am DCF certified & First Aid/CPR certified. I also have a reliable car, if needed. Until recently, I worked full-time in a daycare as an infant and 1-year-old teacher. My responsibilities here taught me the importance of fostering a clean, loving, & safe environment for the kids. We also valued communication through the use of "baby ASL" and encouraged independence by using redirection. Before this, I received lots of experience through volunteering (VBS) and babysitting, ranging in ages 6 weeks - 12 years! I discovered that I absolutely love working with children, helping them learn, watching them grow, and getting to see the world through their eyes.
