I had the pleasure of employing Grace for 13 months during which time she cared for my daughter (beginning at 23 months through 35 months of age). Grace is a incredibly caring and nurturing individual who loves children. She is patient, kind, and always put the need of my daughter first. She is also very organized she always kept my daughter’s room and things clean and tidy. In addition to her excellent caretaking skills, Grace is also very fun and loves to play and sing with my daughter. She also used her teaching experience to help expand my daughter's knowledge which helped with boosting her language development. Grace was very respectful of our own work schedule–giving us ample time to make plans if there was a need for time-away from work. I have no doubt that she would be an excellent addition to any family. She is a wonderful person who loves children and is very good at caring for them.
