About Laura

I've taught Spanish levels 1 through 5 at middle and high schools, and am now a teacher at the university level. From teaching students to have basic conversations to reading novels and writing poetry, nothing lights me up more than seeing students improve their language skills! I incorporate games, music, culture to not only make the learning more engaging, but to also help make the difficult skills and words stick. I am happy to create vocabulary lists and grammar goals that align with your student's interests, or can definitely review existing content to help your student do his/her/their best in class. Lastly, I am IB certified teacher and have administered standard-level tests.
