About Laura

Hi! I'm Laura, I'm from Colombia and I've been a nanny in the US for about 6+ years taking care of kids of all ages from newborns to 15-year-olds. Recently certified as a Newborn Care Specialist by Newborn Care Solutions I'm infant/child/adult first aid/CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross I'm loving, responsible, patient and reliable I love being outside for as long as possible. I enjoy taking kids on walks, picnics at the park, exploring the outdoors, enjoying nature, taking them to the playground, museums, music, gymnastics and swimming lessons. I like to keep them as busy as I can with engaging activities appropriate to their age so their days (and mine) are active and fun. I've learned a lot about kids working with them but I'm also constantly learning about child psychology and development to be better at my job and give the kids I work with the care they deserve I like working with respectful and easygoing families Look forward to hearing from you Laura
