Iara (Lola) is currently our full time nanny for our baby boy, who she has watched since he was 2 weeks old. We could not ask for more in a nanny; she’s helpful, reliable, trustworthy, honest, and most importantly, she’s so great with the baby. She spends time nurturing him and teaching him. She’s helped put him on a strict eating and sleeping schedule, tracks his developmental “leaps”, and often recommends books, apps, or supplies to help with the baby. I give Lola my highest recommendation for any nanny or babysitting job.
