Lauany was our nanny for a summer when our kids were 6mo and 3yo and she has continued to do occasional babysitting for us over the last couple of years. She is incredible with the kids - she takes them out on fun adventures, does crafts and other activities where they can learn through play, and cares for them like they're her own. She is extremely punctual and responsible and I wholeheartedly recommend her as a caregiver for children of any age.
