Larissa is great! My little one ( 21 month old) lights up when she comes over and enjoys playing with her. She sings with him and they make up games to play. She is flexible with her schedule and responds quickly. She also is dependable. She has not canceled on me yet. She arrives on time or even a few minutes ahead of time.
