Mary has been our full time nanny for over a year! She provided amazing care for our first baby girl! Being a first time mom, I was so nervous to leave my baby with someone new. All those fears instantly went away when I saw Mary interact with her. She was so amazing in helping me navigate bottle feeding, sleep training, nap schedules etc. Her experience is really undeniable! She has an unbelievable amount of patience for the children she is with & never was affected by even our baby’s most fussy days. She truly became a part of our family & we are endlessly grateful for the time we have had with her. With everything, she went above & beyond! She was readily available for last minute date nights, she took it upon herself to do household chores for me while our daughter was down for her naps (especially once I became pregnant again), she was incredibly reliable in showing up to work...always early & never late. Our daughter’s clothing is always folded to perfection & her dresser/closet is incredibly organized. She helps by steaming food for our daughter as well so we always have plenty of healthy options to choose from for lunch & dinner. She takes our daughter to the park twice per day & they spend nearly all their time outside playing together. This is SUCH a gift! Again, we are so sad to part with Mary, but I am about to have our second baby in July & with the Maternity Leave my company provides, I have the privilege of being able to be home with our girls for a long time. Unfortunately we cannot afford to pay Mary while I am not working. But truly, our loss is your gain! The next family that is lucky enough to have Mary with their children has found a diamond in the rough. I am happy to talk with anyone who is considering hiring Mary & answer any other questions you may have about our experience working with her.
