To whom it may concern: I am writing this reference letter concerning Kydrea and her desire to be a nanny with your company. I have known Kydrea since 2011 when my two young daughters and I relocated to Delaware from Virginia. It was very difficult finding someone to care for them when I had to work, especially on weekends, who I knew would be safe as well as caring towards my daughters. When Kydrea was recommended to me, she was still in high school but had a level of maturity that was well beyond her years. Although she was young and a few years older than my oldest daughter, she was still an effective role model while maintaining a level of respect from my daughters. I believe that Kydrea would be an asset to your company because I have watched her mature into a young woman who is focused on her career goals and her education.
