About Kimberly

*I am looking for a recurring nannying position and am no longer taking families looking for a date night sitter*. Hi! Im Kim. I am an experienced child-care give and teacher and I have worked in the field for over 10 years. I have taught at School of the Living Arts, the North Carolina Arboretum, and Rainbow Community School, and Asheville Community Yoga. As a caregiver, my passion is to be heart-centered with your little ones, active, and engage in experiential education. I also value nurturing a curiosity and admiration for nature. I am also a strong advocate for unstructured play time, quiet reading, and naps! I have my Bachelor's in Environmental Education from Warren Wilson College and have most experience with Waldorf and Outdoor Education pedagogy. I am doing a 6-month certification from June-November so I am looking for a family who needs an experienced and compassionate child-care giver in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
