About Kim

Hi amazing families! My name is Kim. I am currently a teacher assistant working with children with learning disabilities, and I am a LEVEL 1 certified Wilson dyslexia practitioner. For those interested in what a level 1 certified dyslexia practitioner is, it's someone who diagnostically teach students identified with a language-based learning disability, such as dyslexia, at the beginning levels of encoding and reading. I have 5 years of experience working with students from preschool to middle school in Math, Language Arts, and Reading. Currently, I am also studying to become a doctor in Physical Therapy, with a focus in Geriatric. I am extremely patient, punctual, reliable, kind, energetic, and love seeing kids reach their full academic potential. I also have 7 years of high school girls basketball coaching experience.
