Kenya never showed up for our booking. We confirmed through Care.com, through text, and via a phone conversation the afternoon before. I reached out to her at 8:00 am the morning of (giving directions and useful info) and then multiple times through text and phone after she was late at 10:00 AM. She only responded 40 minutes after she was supposed to be there that her husband had Covid and she wasn't coming. No apologies. That was it. My husband and I had meetings all day today with NO ONE to watch our toddler. The booking was explicit about having meetings and so was our conversation. Do not book.
