I am a fun, loving, hard-working person with a passion for working with kids and education! I have been a teacher for just over 5 years, and have been nannying for 10. I have been hired as a nanny through care. com twice now. Both families are my lifelong friends turned extended family. I have experience nannying newborns - high schoolers. I am very organized, love working on building character, creative, and able to assist with schooling, transportation, cooking, cleaning, etc. I love helping kids reach their full potential, and also have a passion for social-emotional learning and helping children navigate and understand emotions and decision making. I am passionate about nature, travel & animals. I've lived all over the globe including California & Vietnam! If you are looking for before or after school care, I am the person for you. Also available some weekends. I do travel for work from time to time, usually once a month. My rate is a minimum $25/hr.
